Why Documentation May Be Reviewed
Remember that College Board cannot process a request for accommodations until all documentation is received.
If a family completes a paper request form, supporting documentation must be provided.
Other reasons for a documentation review include:
- The student does not have a formal plan, such as an IEP or 504 plan.
- The accommodations being requested are not part of the student’s formal plan and/or are not being used for the student’s classroom tests.
- The student requests certain accommodations, such as more than time and one-half (+50%).
- The student does not have a diagnosed disability.
