FAQ
Who can use SSD Online?
Counselors and other school educators get access to SSD Online by becoming SSD coordinators. The system is unavailable to families and students.
How do I become an SSD coordinator?
First, register as an SSD coordinator by completing and submitting an SSD Coordinator Form to College Board’s Services for Students with Disabilities. Once the form is processed (usually within 1–2 business days), we’ll email you instructions for accessing SSD Online. SSD Online is not available to students or families.
Can multiple school officials use the online request system?
Yes. A school can have multiple SSD coordinators, educators authorized to use SSD Online. Each staff member needs an individual College Board professional account and SSD Online access.
