Nonstandard Administration Reports (NARs)

Nonstandard Administration Reports (NARs) are rosters showing all students SSD approved for school-based testing. This roster must be returned with the answer sheets after testing is complete.

Sign in to your SSD Online dashboard.


  1. Sign in to the SSD Online dashboard.

    Once you’re signed in, select Create Nonstandard Administration Report in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Proceed to the next screen.

    You will see a second screen and may need to enter your username and password again. Select Create Nonstandard Administration Report and select the relevant test.

  3. Select your students.

    You will be prompted to select from a list of students with approved accommodations for that exam. Click Create Nonstandard Administration Report when you’ve finished selecting students. Then a PDF will be generated.

    Note: Print NARs as close to test day as possible to capture all students with approved accommodations.

  4. Get help completing a NAR.
