Will the technical requirements for Bluebook change as a result of adding embedded TTS? 

Bluebook will work with Chromebooks, Windows PCs, Macs, and iPads. There will be no configuration required by technology staff or students. Bluebook will not require additional free disk space to operate or any changes to bandwidth. At this time, we don’t believe there will be any changes to operating systems or memory requirements, either.
