If I missed the deadline for an accommodations request, what can I do?
Submit the request as soon as possible. If the request is not decided in time for the test you are taking, you may use any approved accommodations for future College Board tests including PSAT-related assessments, the SAT, and AP Exams.
Is the accommodations request process the same for all College Board tests?
No. Accommodations for the following exams always require SSD approval: PSAT 8/9, PSAT 10, PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, AP Exams, and CLEP with remote proctoring. These tests do not require SSD approval: ACCUPLACER, and CLEP (in a test center).
The student has a broken arm, should I make an accommodations request?
Probably not. Please see our guidelines for temporary medical conditions. When possible, it's best to wait until the condition has resolved.
My student does not read English fluently, what should I do?
